With every local shopping experience there entails some degree of loyalty from its customers. In light of PSFK’s report on ‘Designing the new Shopper Experience’, we’ve begun questioning whether loyalty programs are really the way to gain this.
In our view, it’s not something can measure through ‘buy 10 get 1 free’ programs on offer. Rather, it’s something earned from dedicated members through exceptional and holistic local shopping experiences.
